In case you are wondering how your acquired skills will fit into the big picture of creative animated productions. Here is how, using a generic production demand with all 12 skills engaged.

- The demand comes and a script is drawn, sketches and frameworks are made (Storyboarder/Animatic) ,
- They are then turn into 3D models if needed (Modeler),
- Then more detailed finesse are implemented for realism (Sculptor),
- Colors and textures are added (Texturer)
- and where there are physics effects such as fire, rain, etc., it is included (Simulator/Visual Effect Artist),
- Lighting and moods are prepared (Light Designer),
- All models intended for movements are also prepared (Rigger),
- Motion is now introduced where applicable (Animator),
- The viewing angles and related effects are set up (3D Filmer),
- The whole project is now synchronized accordingly (Compositor),
- Meanwhile, all required sound, effects and voicing are prepped (Sound Designer),
- The composited work and sound are now brought together as a single product (3D Video Editor).
